V50D Wastegate

The V50D is a compressed gas specific wastegate, designed from the ground-up to be the ultimate in high-pressure, 'top-down' boost control. A unique inverted diaphragm provides sealing for up to 120psi of control gas pressure, while the reduced-size actuator housing reduces fill rates and enhances response time.

Product Details

Construction.

Built using the highest quality materials. All stainless steel and aluminum construction. Valve stem coated with a TiAL specific process and a rigorously tested wear coating.

Durability.

The V50D utilizes a Nomex-reinforced, silicone diaphragm. The actuator housings is CNC-machined from aluminum. The housing and valve are cast and machined in-house from proprietary alloys.

Engineered for control.

The dual-port diaphragm chamber provides for accurate boost control under all conditions. The V50D comes with M10 signal ports for both diaphragm chambers.

Attractive Appearance.

Offered in black actuator color only.
