The MVR is our replacement to the beloved V44 wastegate. Even with a smaller footprint than it's predecessor, it still out paces it in flow capacity. The v-band flanges provide for a more flexible fitment and the internal coolant passages provide a solution to dissipate any heat issues near the diaphragm assembly. The MVR has full v-band flange compatibility with the V44 wastegate of the past.

Product Details

Construction.

Built using the highest quality materials. All stainless steel and aluminum construction. Valve stem coated with a TiAL specific process and a rigorously tested wear coating.

Durability.

The MVR utilizes a Nomex-reinforced, silicone diaphragm. The actuator housings is CNC-machined from aluminum. The housing and valve are cast and machined in-house from proprietary alloys.

Engineered for control.

The multi-port diaphragm chamber (two on top and three on the bottom) provides for accurate boost control under all conditions. The MVR comes with M10 signal ports for both diaphragm chambers and M8 coolant passages to keep your diaphragm temperature regulated.
