MV-SA Wastegate

The MV-SA 38mm unit is for the customer that is looking for a MV-S wastegate but would like try to avoid running coolant lines to the actuator bottom and has enough air flow to cool the unit across the specially designed radiation fins. The MV-SA spaces the diaphragm away from the main heat source and allows for cooler air to pass between actuator top, which houses the diaphragm, and the cast wastegate housing.

Product Details

Construction.

Built using the highest quality materials. All stainless steel and aluminum construction. Valve stem coated with a TiAL specific process and a rigorously tested wear coating.

Durability.

The MV-SA utilizes a Nomex-reinforced, silicone diaphragm. The actuator housings is CNC-machined from aluminum. The housing and valve are cast and machined in-house from proprietary alloys.

Engineered for control.

The dual-port diaphragm chamber provides for accurate boost control under all conditions. The MV-SA comes with M10 signal ports for both diaphragm chambers.
