F46P Wastegate

The wastegate that started it all. The F46P replaces the legacy-model F46, and is unique in that it is the only aftermarket replacement for the O.E. Porsche 924, 911, 930 and 964 Turbo model wastegates. Exhaust flanges are a direct replacement. Boost pressure (air) lines will require retrofit.

Product Details

Construction.

Built using the highest quality materials. All stainless steel and aluminum construction. Valve stem coated with a TiAL specific process and a rigorously tested wear coating.

Durability.

The F46P utilizes a Nomex-reinforced, silicone diaphragm. The actuator housings is CNC-machined from aluminum. The housing and valve are cast and machined in-house from proprietary alloys.

Engineered for control.

The dual-port diaphragm chamber provides for accurate boost control under all conditions. The F46 comes with M10 signal ports for both diaphragm chambers.
