The F41 is our replacement to the F40 wastegate. The F41 has full flange compatibility with the F40 wastegate of the past. The F41 received an overall facelift with a complete overhaul it's design, giving it a more modern look when compared to the F40.

Product Details

Construction.

Built using the highest quality materials. All stainless steel and aluminum construction. Valve stem coated with a TiAL specific process and a rigorously tested wear coating.

Durability.

The F41 utilizes a Nomex-reinforced, silicone diaphragm. The actuator housings is CNC-machined from aluminum. The housing and valve are cast and machined in-house from proprietary alloys.

Engineered for control.

The dual-port diaphragm chamber provides for accurate boost control under all conditions. The F41 comes with M10 signal ports for both diaphragm chambers.

Offered in five actuator color options.
