MVS-A / AR

This MV-S-A & MV-S-AR 38mm unit is designed specifically for motorsport applications that can't utilize the water cooling ports on the standard MV-S wastegate. The MV-S-A & MV-S- AR has a 38mm valve but also has heat isolating and dissipation fins that separate the casting from the actuator top. Born into the world of Motorsport this waste-gate can handle the harshest of conditions and give the confidence of 100% performance. It is the choice waste-gate of many WRC and Grand-am teams.
MV-R

The MV-R 44mm wastegate is more compact than any current 44 or 46mm wastegate on the market. You get two top air ports and three bottom air ports for easy install. This unit is a direct bolt on for our V44. The MV-R has an optional extreme high temp casting available for Motorsport applications
F41

The F41 bridges the gap between the 38mm and 44mm units. It has a unique 4 bolt design that is backwards compatible with the old TiAL F40 wastegate. This is the perfect wastegate for those that need a bit better diaphragm to valve ratio over the 44mm. The F41 is no longer in production, after the current stock is depleted no more will be made.
V60

The largest unit in the TiAL lineup. This massive 60mm wastegate will control boost with dead on accuracy in the most demanding situations. The V60 is a favorite in the drag racing and road racing industries, from the burnout box to the finishing line at Circuit de la Sarthe
V60D

The V60D is everything you love about our V60 but with an inverted diaphragm designed for over 100 psi of actuation control pressure. The inverted diaphragm design takes the standard wastegate idea and turns it upside down, allowing for boost control on the top port of the wastegate. Using only a light spring to hold the valve closed with no boost pressure you are able to control this wastegate to much higher boost levels using positive pressure against the diaphragm with sources such as onboard CO2. A conversion kit for a V60 to a V60D is also available!
