This MV-S-A 38mm unit is designed specifically for motorsport applications that can't utilize the water cooling ports on the standard MV-S wastegate. The MV-S-A or "long neck" has the standard 38mm valve but also has five heat fins that separate the casting from the actuator top. Born into the world of Motorsport this wastegate can handle the harshest of conditions and give 100% performance 100% of the time. It is the choice wastegate of many WRC teams.
The MV-R 44mm wastegate is more compact than any current 44 or 46mm wastegate on the market. You get two top air ports and three bottom air ports for easy install. This unit is a direct bolt on for our V44. The MV-R has an optional extreme high temp casting available for Motorsport applications
The F41 bridges the gap between the 38mm and 44mm units. It has a unique 4 bolt design that is backwards compatible with the old TiAL F40 wastegate. This is the perfect wastegate for those that need a bit better diaphragm to valve ratio over the 44mm. The F41 is no longer in production, after the current stock is depleted no more will be made.
The wastegate that started it all. This unit was developed as a bolt in replacement unit for the Porsche 930. It has a 46mm valve and is offered in two configurations: standard casting and a machined heat fin (narrow body) casting to fit in tighter areas
